Friends, for 30 years, I have had the privilege of serving as a Pastor in a local church, as well as President and Executive VP with Promise Keepers. I have witnessed the heart and strength of God the Father displayed mightily in the midst of a few men in a living room, as well as with over a million of them on their knees in our nation’s capital.

As awesome and humbling as these experiences have been, nothing has stirred my hopes and passion as has the pioneering efforts of Passage. The reason for my motivation is that I am absolutely convinced that the key to sustained generational transformation is held in the hands and hearts of the fathers.

Passage utilizes conferences and follow-through resources to equip the church and fathers to impart the essence of what it means to be a Christ-centered man during the formative adolescent years.
